Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Engineer / Manager to lead the development and execution of market-driven sales strategies for our semiconductor equipment product lines. The successful candidate will drive business growth by defining product market requirements, managing sales forecasts, leading new product introductions, and building strong relationships with key customers and internal teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Directs the development of company market requirements for specific products or product lines, including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
  • Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and increase market share.
  • Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
  • Gathers competitor’s market share, activities and strategies and map out concrete strategies to penetrate, defend and recover market share.
  • Establishes pricing strategies and develops marketing tools for successful product introductions.
  • Identifies customer needs and communicates customer feedback to engineering, management and procuring team.
  • Leads new product introduction and business plans with joint departments to keep up with the commercial needs of customers.
  • Manages booking and sales forecast target accurately with close alignment to management.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation.
  • Establishes good relationship with customer key stakeholders to achieve good customer satisfaction.
  • Contains and manages escalation from customer key stakeholders.
  • Provides clear and concise executive update for customers management review.
  • Takes ownership to write clear and concise meeting keynotes and drive action plan with internal team to achieve goals within target dates.
  • Manages within budgeted cost and ensures company’s profitability.
  • Manages AR and sign-offs to ensure timely closure.
Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma / Degree / Background in Engineering
  • At least 2 years’ sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment or the related industry.
  • Strong track record of managing teams to complete complex projects
  • Senior contacts and relationships in the Semiconductor industry in Singapore / Republic of China / China are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting to both internal and external senior executives.
