Geniusys Pte. Ltd. and Subsidiaries is fully committed to conducting business with integrity and in strict compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of bribery or corruption in all areas of our operations and expect the same high standards from all personnel and business partners.

Overview

This Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (“Policy”) applies to all individuals and entities engaged with Geniusys Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries (“Group”), including all Group Personnel and Business Partners.

The goal of this Policy is to ensure that:

  • All personnel understand and comply with anti-bribery requirements.

  • Business partners are informed of and agree to these standards.

  • The Group reserves the right to terminate any agreement in the event of non-compliance.
